Inaugural Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Stonehill College
As inaugural Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Stonehill College in Massachusetts, she is the strategic leader for creating and implementing a comprehensive plan for DEI through culture change and education, introducing new practices, and establishing metrics and tracking outcomes. Dr. Ravello Goods also has deep experience creating and implementing DEI initiatives to transform organizational culture at her previous institution, the University of Rhode Island.
Dr. Ravello Goods has defined her career by leading with strategic, holistic vision in the areas of access and opportunity. Her work has spanned transformative DEI work aimed at entire campus communities and direct work with students for access to higher education.
